Exterior Painting

If there is one key to exterior painting and staining, it’s preparation.  Ninety percent of the exterior jobs we do, we spend more time prepping than painting or staining.  We replace what cannot be painted or stained appropriately.  This includes replacing: siding, fascia, soffit, trims, railings, spindles, and even foundations.

We wash, power wash, and even wipe down in delicate circumstances, all exterior jobs prior to painting or staining.  We treat any areas that have mold, mildew, or any other foreign substance on or near what we are working on.  Then we scrape and sand the surfaces until we achieve the optimal surface to be painted or stained.  Everything that needs to be filled, caulked, or patched is addressed before we put down any primer.

We are experienced in the various types of Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paints and stains, what surfaces they can be used on and during what conditions.  We have experience with primers and paints that allow us to achieve optimal results when working with not so optimal surfaces.

We protect all vegetation from our products, equipment, and employees.  While up high we will take pictures and videos of anything that we feel should be brought to your attention.  We work with you, for you.
